Unitek creates an audit trail between all parties that includes a timestamp, IP address, and end-user information.

Physical Data Infrastructure

Services provided by Unitek are hosted in a state-of-the-art SAS70 Type II, SSAE 16 facility that has achieved ISO 27001 certification.

Unitek uses multiple data centres with reliable power sources and backup systems with 99.9% SLAs and redundancy. Physical servers are located in Dublin, Ireland and failover servers are located in the Netherlands.

Penetration tests

As part of our security strategy, we hire companies to perform penetration tests on our platform. Vulnerabilities and findings are ranked according to the severity and prioritized accordingly. This means we allow security experts to come in and test the limits of our security infrastructure, to help us find any weaknesses. Companies thinking about using the Unitek platform can also conduct penetration tests as part of their procurement process.

Compliance

Our platform is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which is certified in various frameworks from SOC2 to ISO27001. Unitek is currently working towards achieving official certification in these frameworks and continues to apply them in practice. Read more about GDPR compliance.
